Use of our video tutorials: Each course provides a single user license only unless other arrangements have been made. Licenses are not transferable; no duplication or resale permitted via international copyright treaty. You can view our online streaming library from any computer, with single user access if you have an individual account. The downloaded tutorials or the tutorials on disc can be installed on a maximum of two computers belonging to the same user. We are a small business & totally appreciate your respecting our copyright. Education / corporate network use requires separate license and has separate terms and conditions. Video tutorials are not to be used outside of the stated educational / classroom / training purpose.
System requirements for viewing the video tutorials
To view online, a Flash player is required and an internet connection, of course! For the downloaded and disc courses: Windows computer, screen resolution of at least 1100×900 (that’s the video size), WinRAR for uncompressing the files, Internet Explorer to browse the table of contents, HaiHaiSoft Universal Player to see the files (this is the service we use for copyright protection). If you don’t want to use Internet Explorer to browse the course files, you can view them directly from the Video folder (Right click on a video file–they are the larger files with extension .hup—and choose Open With, then HaiHaiSoft Universal Player.
