Autodesk University 2015 – planning is underway!

The submissions open starting April 22 and close May 26, so you’ve only got the next month to get it together.  If your proposal involves any of the following, these are the trending topics, so you’ll be more likely to get in the door:
  • Building Information Modeling (BIM)
  • 3D printing
  • Cloud services
  • Reality computing
  • Fabrication for AEC
  • Advanced manufacturing techniques
AutoDesk also is looking for regular (but innovative) classes for AutoDesk software, so if you have an unusual way of using the software, or can provide some gritty expertise, this is welcome and actually extremely popular. Here’s a link to the courses from last year; this gives you a good idea of what AutoDesk is looking for. You can also build on some of these concepts: .In addition to giving a presentation or leading a class, you can share a project, case study, demonstrate a new workflow, lead a panel or roundtable discussion, or provide in-person hands-on training in one of the many on-site software labs available to attendees. So, there are many roles available to you.

Thanks!
