Autodesk Forge Accelerator – Munich, Germany, October 24-28, 2016
The city of Munich in Germany is the next location of the Autodesk Forge Accelerator. It takes place from October 24 to 28, 2016. During our Accelerators over the last 18 months, they’ve worked with nearly 200 developers, helping them to produce working proto-types within a short space of time, something that they tell may otherwise have taken them months to do on their own. Attendees have valued working closely with Autodesk engineers and other attendees, with fast learning and developing close relationships. Hear what some past attendees have to say at http://autodeskcloudaccelerator.com/september-2015/
The Accelerator is for any developer with a specific app development objective using any Autodesk Forge API – View & Data, ReCap™, BIM 360™, AutoCAD® I/O or Fusion 360™.
So, if you have an idea for a new Cloud based app based on Autodesk Forge APIs and/or the Fusion 360 client API, or you need help getting an existing app working, come along to the Accelerator in Munich. There is no cost to attend the Accelerator but you are responsible for your own travel costs including airfare, hotel, and food (although Autodesk will pick up the cost for some meals during the week).
To learn more about the Accelerator visit www.autodeskcloudaccelerator.com and to submit your proposal click on http://autodeskcloudaccelerator.com/apply/ The closing date for submitting your proposal is September 16, 2016.
Forge Hackathon!
Next, the Autodesk® App Store team will be conducting its fourth annual online hackathon during September and October. This year the hackathon is dedicated to apps that use one or more of the Autodesk Forge Platform or Autodesk Fusion 360 APIs. Learn about the Forge APIs here or the Fusion 360 API here.
The Autodesk® App Store Forge Hackathon is series of web training sessions and open Q&A sessions related to the Autodesk Forge platform. During the sessions, you will have the opportunity to receive help in real-time from the Autodesk Forge team. For all new apps on the Autodesk Forge platform and Autodesk Fusion 360 submitted to the Autodesk App Store and accepted for publication in the store, will receive 500 USD for one eligible app per entrant.
