Shipping & Return Policy
All subscriptions are assigned same day of order, and orders of discs ship next business day.

Unless you make special arrangements otherwise, all orders are shipped letter or media mail without tracking service.

International customers are responsible for any applicable national duty or brokerage fee (however overseas this course ships as letter-mail and its classification as "ready to view software" means there are usually no duties). Please contact us to make special arrangements if needed.

From the date of receipt, you have 5 business days to report defective merchandise. Defective merchandise will be replaced by VTN immediately.

Like any digital media retailer, we don't issue refunds or exchanges on opened products / accessed courses. Shipping fees are not refundable. We replace any defective discs immediately.

Damaged/Lost/Delayed Shipments
While 99.9% of our orders WILL arrive to you within 7 business days if you're in the USA or Canada, and 10-15 business days if you're across the sea, VTN has no control over the timeliness over the United States Postal Service or any international postal delivery services. During holiday seasons and back-to-school season mail is super-slow, we've noticed, so please be patient. Please contact us if for some odd reason your order hasn't arrived, and we will replace it immediately. If you are concerned about the reliability of your postal delivery, please make special arrangements with us for express or tracked shipments.

When shipping to you, we assume that you have a postal delivery and storage which is private, secure and fits a 6" x 9" x 1" envelope. We cannot assume responsibility for delivery circumstances that do not meet these minimum standards. Please make appropriate arrangements before providing us with a shipping address. If we replace an order that hasn't arrived, and that replacement also fails to arrive, we will require you to provide us with an alternate address since it's likely that the problem is on your end.
