Use of our video tutorials:
Single user license only unless other arrangements have been made. You can view our online streaming library from any computer, with single user access if you have an individual account. The downloaded tutorials or the tutorials on disc can be installed on a maximum of two computers belonging to the same user. We are a small business & totally appreciate your respecting our copyright.
Education / corporate network use requires separate license and has separate terms and conditions. Video tutorials are not to be used outside of the stated educational / classroom / training purpose.
Licenses are not transferable; no duplication or resale permitted via international copyright treaty.
Returns & Exchanges
Like any digital media retailer, we cannot refund your purchase, but we certainly will replace a damaged disc and help you troubleshoot.

In the event of outage beyond our control, you shall indemnify VTN Services, Inc from damages, losses, etc. VTN will not be liable for the consequences of any interruption or errors. In the event of outage, you can be sure we are doing our best to get it right fast, and we will communicate with your promptly to keep you up to date.
These terms and conditions of use are the entire agreement between us relating to your use of this site and its Content, superseding any other agreement or discussions, oral or written, and may not be changed except by a signed agreement.
