Shipping, Returns, Payments

Shipping: If you need a backup disc, it’ll ship the next business day after your payment, via first-class letter mail or media mail, without tracking service. International customers are responsible for any applicable national duty or brokerage fee (however overseas this course ships as letter-mail and its classification as “ready to view software” means it should be duty-free worldwide. Please allow 5-7 business days for arrival in the US or Canada, and 10-14 business days elsewhere. During holiday seasons, bad weather, and back-to-school season, snail-mail is slow, so please be patient. If you are concerned about the reliability of your postal delivery, please make special arrangements with us for express or tracked shipments (at your expense). Please contact us if for some odd reason your disc hasn’t arrived, and we will resend right away.

Returns/Exchange: Like any digital media retailer, we don’t issue refunds or exchanges on opened products / accessed courses. Shipping fees are not refundable. We replace any defective discs immediately. From the date of receipt, you have 5 business days to report a problem with your disc; we will just reship immediately.

Payments: We accept payments directly via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Western Union wire transfer, MoneyGram wire transfer, bank wire transfer for European companies who prefer to pay this way, and check / money order. Payments by check or money order can be made in US or Canadian currency.  Please mail your payment to VTN Services, 132-250 Shawville Blvd #136, Calgary AB T2Y 2Z7. Your order will be processed after we received payment. Unfortunately we no longer accept American Express (they don’t provide reasonable programs to merchants in Canada).
